Lỗi bạn gặp không phải từ PostgreSQL.
Bạn tham khảo thử link bên dưới?

Bạn có thể cung cấp thêm thông tin như,
1. postgresql log khi xảy ra lỗi này.
2. Xảy ra 100% khi chương trình bạn chạy?
3. Toàn bộ thông tin backstrace. Lỗi xảy ra khi chạy dòng lệnh nào của bạn.

Có thể mọi người sẽ giúp đỡ được hơn.
